1. Customs may hold packages for reasons beyond our control and SKB will not be held responsible for any additional costs that may arise as a result. This information is indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our control. It may happen that data is incomplete (eg an unreported telephone number) or for other reasons.
2. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. The email will contain a tracking number. You can check the status of your order in "My Account". Click on "My Orders" to view the status of your order and get the tracking number.
If you find that: 1) your package was not delivered on time; 2) the tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it; or 3) your package contains missing or incorrect items, please contact customer service within 45 days from the date of payment so that the problems can be resolved. For other orders, products and logistics problems, please contact customer service within 90 days from the date of payment, although this does not affect your legal rights.
Currently, the economic shipping method is unable to obtain logistics tracking information. The actual status of the delivery is subject to notification by the logistics service provider.

1- What type of items can I return?
1. Return conditions for returnable items:
● Wedding dresses, suits and other garments: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition, with the original tags and hygiene label (if applicable) attached.
● Human hair wigs: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition with the original tags attached. In particular, items will be inspected for signs of washing, bleaching, cutting or other alterations or damage.
● Shoes, Bags & Luggage: Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original tags, boxes and all accessories (shoe fasteners, shoelaces and dust bags, etc.). Shoes must have been tried on only on a soft, clean surface.
● Furniture: Items must be new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging (including all accessories, instructions and parts).
● Other categories: Items must be returned in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
2. The following products are excluded from return or exchange, particularly for reasons of hygiene or health protection: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, beauty, jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets), accessories and decorations for parties and events, DIY products, pet accessories. We cannot take back swimwear if the hygiene protection has been violated. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
3. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, orders for custom-made items cannot be cancelled.
4. Please note that sale products, gifts and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged, this will depend on whether the item is marked as non-returnable at the time of payment, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
5. If you received a defective/damaged/wrong item, please contact SKB customer service and we will offer you a suitable solution; Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
Annotation:
1. Items from the same order but with different packaging can be returned together.
2. Please inspect your returns before sending them. We are not responsible for returns of non-SKB products.
3. When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. If we find that it does not comply with the return conditions, such as washed, damaged, unsealed, activated, removal of the original attached labels, damage to the hygiene sticker, or in any other situation where the product appears unsuitable for resale, SKB cannot offer a refund. In this case, we will return the product to you at your expense. In this case, we will deduct the return shipping fee of 4.5 EUR in DE from the refund amount of other items in the same order that passed the quality check and are refundable. If there are no such items or the refund amount is insufficient to cover the shipping costs, SKB may, at its sole discretion, offer to cover the (remaining) return shipping costs as a goodwill gesture.
4. In exceptional circumstances, we may, in good faith, offer you a partial or full refund for the returned item, even if it does not comply with our refund terms, instead of sending it back to you.
2- How can I get a refund?
1. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days of receiving the return package.
- Any refund related to the cancellation of the purchase contract during the legal withdrawal period (14 days) will be made directly to the card used for payment, under the conditions set out in Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Any refund resulting from the extension of the legal withdrawal period will be made directly as a "credit" to your customer account or directly to the card used for payment, under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions.
Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
A notice:
1. If you have any problems with your return, please contact customer service within 90 days of the date of your order; after this period, it will no longer be possible to process your return request.
2. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the Goods, whichever is the earlier.
ANNOTATION:
  • As stated in the Terms and Conditions, the additional costs (handling fee) are non-refundable.
  • Except for statutory rights, shipping costs are non-refundable.
